We, as your GP Surgery, will not be able to prescribe injectables for weight loss.
We are aware it has been announced that from today, 23rd June, GPs will be able to prescribe Mounjaro or Tirzepatide. However, there will be a service for Hertfordshire commissioned specifically for this and the aim is for it to be up and running in September. Your GP surgery will not be prescribing this medication for weight loss.
