You can request your repeat medication by clicking on one of the links above and filling in the details appropriately. You may alos wish to downlaod these apps to your phone for your convenience. There is also a repeat prescriptions request form here.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception.

We do not accept prescription requests over the phone.

Medication Review

We review any regular medication on a repeat prescription annually and wherever possible the doctor or clinical pharmacist will do this without you having to attend the surgery.

If you would like to save time and order all the medication you have on repeat at the same time rather than irregular times throughout the month please ask about Prescription Synchronisation

When you next need to request an item on repeat count up all the tablets you have and fill in the form. Your doctor will issue a “one off” prescription of the tablets you need to synchronise all your medication to within a day or two.
