Friends and Family Feedback

Each month we send out surveys to patients who have had appointments with us and ask them for their feedback. Within the NHS this survey is called the Friends and Family Survey as it looks to find out whether patients would reccommend the service to their friends or members of their family, ie are they doing a good job. The survey is completely anonymous and ask patients to rate us under one of the below headers and make any comments they would like.

Over the past 9 months we have been overwhelmed with the response and have loved sharing all your positive comments with the team. On average we get around 350 comments each month and we thought it was time to share some of the feedback with you, our patients.
