New Appointment System starting 2^nd January 2026

On Tuesday 25^th November at 5pm and Friday 28^th November at 2pm please join us to hear about our new appointment system that we will be launching in January 2026.

As part of the new Contract Changes that were introduced on the 1st of October we are required to have online, phone and walk in access during all opening hours. In order to manage this safely we have made the decision to move to an online Total triage model. This type of model has been introduced successfully in many parts of the country and helps us to ensure patients see the right clinician at the right time more effectively.

We know that changes to how you make an appointment can cause concern, so we would like to invite you to join us so we can show you how things will work. We will also be updating our social media pages for anyone who is unable to attend either of the meetings.
