You can request your repeat medication by clicking on one of the links above and filling in the details appropriately. You may also wish to downlaod these apps to your phone for your convenience. There is also a repeat prescriptions request form here.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception.
We do not accept prescription requests over the phone.
Medication Review
We review any regular medication on a repeat prescription annually and wherever possible the doctor or clinical pharmacist will do this without you having to attend the surgery.
